Yoga For Athletes / Functional Movement

Asanti Wellness Yoga for Athletes/Functional Movement is designed for an increase in body awareness and a decreased risk of injuries for sustained structural stability.

Focusing on areas of repetitive use and range of motion with an aligned and concentrated movement practice allows over-used muscles to release tightness and inflamed joints to be soothed for optimal results.
