Aerial Yoga Fundamentals and decompression practices allow the spine to lengthen and provide structural release, joint hydration, and full body relaxation. Learning the fundamentals of an aerial practice is physically beneficial as well as fun and invigorating.

Restorative aerial sessions are appropriate for individuals not cleared for an inversion practice, or for those interested in experiencing a gentle aerial session with zero compression. Restorative Aerial Yoga is highly recommended for stress relief and body tension.
